Organizing your trip to Autrans
1) manage-your-own formula
- Register for the entire event for 150€, with the possibility or registering for one or two days at the price of 50 € per day.
- Through the registration form you may book your meals (lunches at the EPIDE center, 15 €; in the partner-restaurants 20€; dinner party Wednesday night: 30 € )
- For accommodation, it is up to you to directly book your room among any of the hotels in Autrans, the list of which is available at Visitors Bureau.
2) All inclusive formula
All inclusive formula that includes accommodation in a studio for 1 or 2 people at the Odalys residency, also includes all meals.
- Three nights package : 430 €: for a two-person studio ; 460 € for an individual studio (this includes meals starting from diner the 8th of January up to lunch on the 11th, includes also the Dinner Party).
- Two nights package : 330 € for a two person studio ; 350 € for an individual studio (this includes two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners).
3) « economical » formula
An all-inclusive formula for a very interesting price.
This formula, at 160€ (inclusive tax) for any length of stay, is a special offer for students and unemployed. It includes accommodation at l’Auberge des quatre temps in dormitory facilities, lunches at the EPIDE, breakfasts and dinners at the Auberge (it does not include the Dinner Party, Wednesday’s dinner being at the Auberge)
Once you are registered you may consult your data on the registration. For this, you must enter your login and the password which will be sent to you after your registration.
Complementary information
Résidence L’ODALYS (Autrans, Sure road)
Residence with appartements able to host 2 to 5 people. There is no possibility of taking meals there, we therefore suggest to take breakfasts and lunches at the EPIDE, and diners in partner-restaurants. We shall provide you with tickets corresponding to each of these meals, for your entire stay.
L’Auberge des 4 Temps
This accommodation does not have individual rooms but dormitory facilities. Breakfasts and diners are provided but lunches are to be taken at the EPIDE.
Meals
“All inclusive” and “manage your own” formulas :
- Breakfasts are served at your hotel, or the EPIDE if your are staying at the Odalys. Lunches are served at the EPIDE. Diners are served in one of the partner-restaurants, the choice is yours. Includes the Dinner party Wednesday night.
- For the “manage your own” formula, access to all the restaurants in Autrans is obviously possible for those who prefer to not book meals at the moment of registering.
« Economical » formula
Lunches are taken at the EPIDE. Breakfasts and diners taken at the Auberge des Quatre Temps.
Meals :
- Lunch formula : starters + main dish + fresh cheese or fruit
- Diner formula : starters + main dish + cheese or dessert+1/4 wine+coffee
